You will need to intentionally focus your interest on being still. Be careful and note that you are not making any involuntary muscular movements. By a little practice you will discover you are able to sit still without a movement of the muscles for fifteen minutes. Initially I encourage sitting in an unwinded position for five minutes. After you have the ability to keep completely still without any disturbance, then you can proceed to ten minutes then to fifteen. This is as long as it is needed. However never ever pressure yourself to keep still. You need to be relaxed all through the moment. You will discover this practice of relaxing is very good.

When you are able to keep the arm really stable, increase the time until you are able to do this five minutes with each arm.
