  • So, is it still ok to eat soy products? I’m a vegetarian, so I eat a lot of
    soy “meats.” I usually opt for summit’s milk, though. Although, coconut
    milk is really fattening if you read the label.

  • Just fruits and vegetable … yes. But this girl wouldn’t be able to make a
    living would she? Take a breath. Just fruit and vegetables, in their
    natural state will optimize “everyone’s” health. Nothing else.

  • Too much your rambling wtf. Just eat fruits,vegetables and lean meats. Yes
    some of things are not great but taking out whole food groups will cause
    you to fail. Diets dont work and this mess she is talking about will cause
    you to fail. Eat what you want just dont eat the whole darn box or pie or
    cake. The largest size I have been is a 22 im currently at a size 13/14 and
    love my body. I ran my first 5k a few weeks ago too. Eat what you like and
    what you want just dont eat everything. Good luck

  • Excuse me, organic orange juice works wonders against anti-aging. The sugar
    that is naturally found within fruit will not effect your body negatively
    like actual sugar will. Do your research please.

  • Hi Brenda, I love your advice! I’ve lost 88 pounds over the last couple of
    years. I’m thinking about getting your Lean Secrets guide from your
    website. Just wondering, how comprehensive is your exercise component of
    the guide? I’m training for a 10k right now, but I’m keen to do more weight
    training. Also, a question for one of your Q&A videos: Do you beleive you
    can damage your metabolism? I have to eat such a low calorie diet to lose
    0.5-1 pound a week and I’ve read it’s bad to eat as low as I do (1200 and
    I don’t eat back my exercise calories, which means I ‘net’ 800 calories a
    day). I work with a registered dietician, but I wonder if she is giving me
    the right advice? Thanks xx

  • Whole food Soy products do NOT raise estrogen. They decrease excess
    estrogen from the body by binding to it and helping it to leave the body.
    This is why eating soy increases the odds of breast cancer survival and
    reduces risk of relapse in breast cancer survivors.

  • I love love the idea of looking at individual food products and just not
    having the bad foods in my kitchen. then when ever I cook I know what ever
    I use will contribute to a healthy meal. again, much appreciation.

  • Out of those “sugar free” types food you talked about – if someone were to
    eat these would you say they would be better off eating the versions with
    regular sugar or no?

    buy into any of the processed crap that the food industry markets as

  • Soy estrogen being harmful is pretty much a myth. Because most naturally
    occurring estrogenic substances show weak activity, normal consumption of
    foods that contain these phytoestrogens should not provide sufficient
    amounts to elicit a physiological response in humans.
